INTRODUCTION
This terms of service (terms) outline the agreement between
me and my clients for real estate services.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
I agree to provide my clients with real estate services, including:
- Listing and marketing properties for sales or lease
- Searching for properties that meets the client's criteria.
- Negociating purchase or lease agreements.
- Facilitating transactions and coordinating closings.
RESPONSIBILITIES

REPRESENTATION
I represent Jane Homes, a licensed real estate brokerage.
FEES AND COMPENSATION
- The Agent's fees are 10% of the sale/lease price

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Agent will maintain confidentiality regarding Client information.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GOVERNING LAW

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
